Standout Features

The Compagno tandem stroller has a couple of nifty features worth mentioning right off of the bat.

Cool design - The stroller looks great and has a more modern design than most others.

One handed fold - the stroller can fold easily with just one hand. Super convenient and a great time saver.

Adjustable handlebar height - something that is missing on most other sit and stand strollers. Great for Dads (or is it? More on this later on...)

Parent tray with cup holder - Most manufacturers sell the parent tray as an added accessory. It's great to see this included.

Lockable front swivel wheels - A nice option. Helpful for different terrain.

Easy handling - Many owners of the Compagno have commented on just how easy it is to push and maneuver the stroller. When you are pushing a stroller loaded with two kids this is a big deal. You want a stroller that rolls smoothly.

The Front Seat

The Mia Moda Compagno front seat has 2 recline positions, a five point safety harness and a removable child tray with cup holder. There is also an overhead canopy with a window and sun visor.

The front stroller seat is suitable for children from 6 to 36 months old when an infant car seat is not installed.

The Rear Platform

The rear position on the Mia Moda Compagno features a standing board, handle bars and a resting pad for your child. There is also a seatbelt and a padded back rest. Judging by the photos of the stroller, the back rest appears to fit onto the parent tray (Velcro maybe?). It's a unique addition and is something that I haven't seen on any other models of sit and stand strollers.

The user manual states that the rear stand-on platform and the rear bench seat are designed for a child that is at least 2.5 years old but LESS than 40 inches tall and no more than 45 lbs.

Other Features

Rounding out the rest of the stroller is a heavy duty steel frame and a cargo basket located underneath for all of your storage needs. The plastic wheels are larger than other strollers and feature all wheel suspension. A good combo for any off-road paths or trails you might find yourself on. There's also an easy to use one-touch rear brake.

Customer Complaints

There are two negatives that I could find customers talking about. The first is about the adjustable handle that I mentioned earlier. A couple of people have stated that it would have been useful if the handle adjusted even higher than it currently does. Considering that most strollers can't be adjusted at all, it's a minor complaint.

The other is due to the size of the stroller. It's pretty heavy at 34 lbs. Like any other sit and stand stroller, you'll want to make sure that it will fit in the trunk space of your car.
